Self Healing Essentials Workshop: Qi Gong, Meditation & Nutritional Healing February 2018
Over two days you will be introduced to a range of simple & powerful techniques for cultivating long lasting health & well-being. Days will begin practicing Qi Gong in nature from 8am, followed by theoretical, practical & experiential classes on nutritional healing, meditation, Dao Yin Yoga, the art of tea and essential oils. Bring a notebook, comfortable loose fitting clothing, a curious mind and pricked ears! Suitable for the mature minded adolescents to the sprightly spirited seasoned souls, it’s never too late or early to take the first wobbly step.
